Fruitless Invitation

The prints are made with high quality archival paper or canvas and inks meant to last a lifetime and beyond.

Paper prints: Signed and numbered by the artist in limited editions of 100. A small white border is included in the paper prints.

• 11" x 14" (Approximate 9 x 12 image).
• 14" x 18" (Approximate 12 x 15 image).
• 18" x 22" (Approximate 16 x 20 image)

Prints on canvas:

• Stretched and wrapped around a 1.5” deep frame and ready to hang.
• 18" x 22.5" 

The original painting Fruitless Invitation was completed in July of 2019. It is a 24" x 30" acrylic on canvas and is sold. This piece went in a bit of a new direction as the background is based on a photograph I took at Table Rock in southern Oregon. It is the first time I went for a realistic background while adding my touch of biological surrealism. In this case, I used pitcher plants as inspiration and decided to give them a glassy look. I wanted the viewer to be able to see inside and notice their emptiness. This made me think of the emptiness of temptations, but as always I like to leave my work open to interpretation.

If you are not satisfied with your print or original painting within 30 days of receiving it you may return it for a full refund once I have received the returned item in new condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. I recommend saving the original packaging for 30 days, - especially for original paintings and canvas prints - if you are considering whether or not the piece will be a good fit in your home. (I have not yet had anyone return a painting or print, knock on wood!) :)
